PRODUCT RETURN POLICIES
If you ever receive an item from HEALTH AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS that you are not completely satisfied with, you can return it for a refund within our refund period. A Refund does not include shipping fees, previously paid or return shipping, unless we have made an error on your order or you have received a defective product. HEALTH AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS may, at their discretion, impose a 20% restocking fee on any returned items. Every item that HEALTH AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS sells is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is damaged upon receipt, the client must contact us immediately when the item arrives for a return authorization claim number. Clients should inspect all items prior to signing for the package. Any visible damage to packaging which has occured in-transit/shipping may result in damage to the product. ACCEPTANCE of a package or shipment is considered to be accepted in good standing condition by both the shipping agent and HEALTH AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS.
RETURNING A PRODUCT
To return an item, send the product back in its original unused condition, with all packaging and tags within 14 days. Please send an email prior to returning the item describing the situation and the reason you are unsatisfied and returning the product. Once contacted, a return authorization number will be issued and HEALTH AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS will refund your money promptly either through refund or credit issued. HEALTH AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS will not accept returns of any orthopedic braces, sports medicine supplies, bathroom safety products, or product accessories if they have been used or installed in any way unless deamed defective in advance. Incorrect installation or use of equipment does not warrant refund or return. Warranty information and manufacturer information can be provided through HEALTH AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS upon request. HEALTH AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS assumes no liability for installation or damages resulting in incorrect installation of products. HEALTH AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS assumes no liability for harm or damages incurred by the use of any products sold by HEALTH AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS.
HEALTH AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS will back all of its products and we will do our best to resolve any dispute within our client's best interest and satisfaction.

Please observe "CART" information or contact us directly regarding exact domestic and international shipping rates. Rates and charges may change at any time without notice.

- HEALTH AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS reserves the right to combine and discount shipping on multiple purchases from HEALTH AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS and our website.

International Buyers – Please Note:
- Please choose Priority Mail International for package tracking and quicker delivery (about 5 to 14 business days) or choose International First Class Mail for a less expensive option with delivery in about 1 to 3 weeks.
- Any import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
